The purpose of this study was the development of Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation criteria as organization of e-learning platform level, a reference site. Delphi survey method to study the field by 14 experts and scholars Web2.0 three rounds of questionnaires, which reflects a consensus of evaluation, the development of a Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation criteria. The study found that three rounds of Delphi through the questionnaire survey of experts, their opinions and to compile statistical analysis, to determine the structure of this evaluation indicators for the two evaluation dimensions, four levels of evaluation index, evaluation 56 criteria project. The results obtained in this study is a comprehensive group of practitioners and academic experts of the arguments, construct a Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation indicators for future academic or business in the build interactive website may apply by this evaluation criteria, as proof, improve, comparison, tracking, interpretation, analysis and forecasting basis for digital learning. |
