Libraries in the Transition Era: New Vision, New Space, New Services and New Experience

本文旨在重新思考圖書館的角色及定位，探討數位時代圖書館的功能、重要性及圖書館發展趨勢，並介紹國內外圖書館翻轉類型及實例。文中首先從圖書館專業調查統計、研究報告、全球宜居城市及PISA成績等方面探討數位時代圖書館的重要性；圖書館的發展趨勢，則從調查報告、統計數據、趨勢預測等方面加以探討；國內外圖書館翻轉類型及實例，分別從圖書館經營觀念、圖書館技術的翻轉、服務、建築、空間、家具、館藏管理、行銷、通路、人員等角度予以介紹。

This article aims to rethink the role and position of public libraries in the digital era to explore the library function, importance and library trends and introduces transformed types and cases of libraries in the world. In terms of the importance of the library in digital age, it analyzes professional surveys and statistics, research reports, and worldwide livable cities and PISA results to know the contribution of libraries in communities. This article also explores trends in the library, from the investigation report, statistics, trend forecasting, etc. Today's academic library and public library are undergoing a transformation in how it responds to the multifaceted needs and expectations of various user groups. This paper will focus on flipped libraries in the world that are enhancing their traditional services or inventing new service programs with innovative, technology-based ideas, including new paradigm in building, space, and services.
