英文摘要 |
The book consists of two major parts, knowledge management and knowledge organization. These two subjects are fast growing disciplines in the professional field. It also discusses related curriculum research of both areas. The inclusion of these two areas and relations to the US curriculum with intention to connect them to the core LIS education becomes a specialized emphasis of the book. The book expressed well both in prospective and practical viewpoints. The wording of the text is clear under a logical structure, and the content is rich with information of the disciplines and provides good reference to librarians and related professions. For further considerations of revision, this review suggests that it could focus on the major disciplines, with preserved process of generating conclusion, and research methodology to enhance the scholarly value of the work. |
