自閉症患者社會溝通能力介入方法之後設分析文獻回顧

A Review on Meta-Analysis Research of Autism Intervention Method on Social Communication Skill

台灣精神疾病患者中，約有 6 成為兒童與青少年。自閉症患者，往往因無法找到與外界社會溝通的方法，而對自己與外界造成困擾。本研究比較與統整國內外自閉症患者介入方法的後設分析研究文獻，以為各方提出適合的建議。本研究共比較 9 篇國外及 3 篇台灣的後設分析文獻。研究發現，越早介入自閉症患者，成效越高。但，本研究無法找到普遍適用的方法。為自閉症患者提供協助與治療的相關單位在選擇介入方法時，需綜合考量各方面的因素。

More than 60% of psychiatric patients are adolescences. Autistic patients are suffering on lack of way to communicate with the world. This study intended to compare the results of meta-analysis studies on autism intervention methods in order to provide appropriate suggestion to public. Result showed that it is more effective to intervene in earlier stage. However, there is no general effective method for all conditions. All factors should be considered during selection of intervention method.
