Tratment of Neurasthenia by Chinese Medicine

神經衰弱是神經官能症中最常見的一種症候群和功能性疾病，患病比例頗高，是一種以大腦皮質機能障礙為特徵並影響人體處於亞健康狀態的主要病種，也因其症狀繁多，然體徵全無的特點，造成診斷及治療甚至誤診的諸多疑義。神經衰弱在中醫學可歸屬郁証或臟躁的範疇，本文就其歷史回顧、病理特徵、病因病機、病機研究、辨証施治、治療研究進展及心得體會提出個人的看法。

Neurasthenia, the most common syndrome and functional disease in neurosis, is characterized as brain cortex malfunction because of several syndromes but without physical signs which are difficult to be diagnosed. Neurasthenia belongs to depression pattern or hysteria in TCM. This article offers personal opinions on its historical review, pathology characteristic, cause and mechanism of disease, mechanism research, pattern identification and treatment, treatment research and reflection.
