緊縮型頭痛的中西醫學初探

The preliminary study of Tension-type headache on Western Medicine and TCM literatures

緊縮型頭痛（Tension-type headache）是原發性頭痛中人口盛行率最高的一型，典型的症狀是輕到中強度，兩側鈍痛的頭痛表現。因為其頭痛少有明顯伴隨症狀，故為原發性頭痛中研究較少且較難鑑別診斷的一型，然而根據最近的研究，顯示緊縮型頭痛可能是原發性頭痛中具有最高的社經影響力者，故此篇文章選擇以緊縮性頭痛為主題，進行中西醫文獻與治療之初探。

Tension-type headache is the most prevalent primary headache in the general population. The presentation of the tension-type headache attack is that of a bilateral, dull pain with mild to moderate intensity. It is the least studied and relatively featureless of all the primary headache, so we will search and discuss this subject from Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine literatures.
