The scientificity and legitimacy of qualitative research are discussed in this article. After the analysis of the nature of Science, Interpretive Anthropology and Extended Case Method are discussed to show the scientificity of qualitative research. As for legitimacy, reflexivity, which is the nature of Management Sciences, is discussed and applied to three related issues in Management, to show the importance of qualitative research. In all, this article proves the scientificity and legitimacy of qualitative research. |
