The implementation of judges quota system is a systematic project, which should be based on classification management of both court staff and their actual work, and on the scientific comprehensive and detailed data analysis. However, existing studies mostly focus on the qualification analysis, i. e. 'who should be judge' , while the preamble of the number of posts issue has been somewhat neglected, i. e. 'How many judges,' In this paper, with the help of econometrics and statistical modeling method, through multi-collineaxity test to determine the workload of judges and using it as the only explanatory variables, then judges core workload model should be established depending on the types of cases, tasks, task frequency and task complexity, which is used to estimate judge workload, thereby increasing the effectiveness and accuracy of court staff. |
