臺灣旅館業綠色行銷與環保標章探討

The Study of Green Mark and Green Marketing in Hotel Industry in Taiwan

根據行政院環保署提供資料，一家中型旅館一個禮拜的資源消耗量超過一百個一般家庭一年的消耗量，人類對資源過量使用，同時產生不可回復的破壞與污染。在政府、民間團體極力宣導環境保護重要性下，國人環保意識逐漸抬頭，綠色消費族群規模漸長，對綠色商品與服務購買意願增加，消費者對社會問題有較高的意識，傾向選擇落實社會責任之企業消費（NPO樂活俱樂部，2008），故「綠色行銷」乃勢之所趨。有鑑於此，本研究將探討消費者對旅館業「旅館業環保標章」、「綠色行銷」之觀感，提供政府、旅館業者、一般消費者結論與建議。
