A ccording to American Heart Association’s reports, a man wants to keep a healthful heart,then he must exercise three times in a week, and the sport’s time is thirty minutes at least. In this sport’stime, the heart rate must raise above the 60~90 percent of heart rate peak. The training heart rate is therange between 60 and 80 percent of the heart rate peak in 1991. The senses of the exercises are not rightfor the major people in our country. They always think that the sports are the sweeping the floor,climbing the stairs or swing the arms. Moreover, they think that the exercises are only to sweat. Thesesenses are all wrongs according American Sport Association’s reports. Therefore, we have designed anew device that can monitor the heart rate in the exercise with the wireless technique of blood tooth. Inthe exercise, the heart rate is transported to a notebook in real time, and the monitor displays the real-time values and alarms to the users. |
