Service quality is the most important factor for customer satisfaction. Today Taiwan's various sports associations are interested in serving members of the association. The interaction of sport organizations and the majority of members occur in the game held by associations.The development of Taiwan's diverse leisure sports, archery is a new enlargement in the sport industry. According to the concept of the previous paragraph, the purpose of this study is about service quality and member satisfaction in the Association of National Youth Cup Archery Championships. Once you realize their situations, the results can be organized and improved when the next event held. The higher expectation to raise the overall level of service in archery association, the more members will be attracted. The research is based on the National Youth Cup Championship players and coaches by questionnaire forms. |
