桃園地區電子業員工脂肪肝之盛行率調查

Risk Factors of Fatty Liver among Electronic Employees in North Taiwan

脂肪肝的發生與生活型態息息相關，為了解電子業員工脂肪肝的盛行率，同時探討其罹患脂肪肝的危險因子，本研究進行回溯性研究，收集自2005年1 月至2005年12月間，在桃園縣一所區域教學醫院接受健康檢查的電子業公司員工為研究對象，排除公司腹部超音波受檢人數小於100人者，排除整體員工的腹部超音波受檢人數小於七成總受檢人數者，得四家電子業工廠，合計有效樣本701人納入分析。結果發現電子業員工脂肪肝的盛行率為38.1%，男性為49.4%，女性為17.1%；肥胖者為85.3%，體重過重者為63.9%，三酸甘油酯異常者為76%；年齡層在20-29歲、30-39歲、40-49歲和大於50歲者，其有脂肪肝的比例分別為23%、43.8%、37.7%和52.5%。肥胖、體重過重、男性和三酸甘油酯異常為脂肪肝的獨立危險因子，其罹病危險性（odd ratio）為22.2倍、6.7倍、2.9倍、2.3倍，肥胖為最重要的危險因子。基於電子業員工高達近四成脂肪肝的盛行率，家庭醫師在進行職場健康管理時，應考慮納入能改變生活形態的健康照護計劃，以提升職場員工的整體健康。

The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence and risk factors of fatty liver among electronic employees in Taoyuan area. We retrospectively analyzed 701 workers who received health checkups at Li-Shin Hospital in Taoyuan, Taiwan during 2005. The prevalence of fatty liver was 38.1% overall, 49.4% in males, 17.1% in females, 85.3% in the obese, 63.9% in the overweight, and 76.0% in those with hypertriglyceridemia. Obesity, overweightedness, hypertriglyceridemia, and male gender were independent risk factors of fatty liver. These results might serve as a reference for family physicians to introduce lifestyle intervention programs to these electronic employees with fatty liver in North Taiwan.
