本研究旨在針對國人女性雙人物料提舉作業之問題進行研究,共徵募16位女性受試者進行雙人提 舉作業,使用心物法來模擬一小時的作業期間,在不同的提舉頻率下,單人作業和雙人作業時之最大可 承受提舉重量(Maximum Accept Weight of Lifting, MAWL)、心搏率(Heart Rate, HR)以及主觀知覺施 力評量(Rating of Perceived Exertion, RPE)等資料,並檢定作業人數和提舉頻率之效應。結果發現:提 舉頻率對於女性受試者單人和雙人作業間的最大可承受抬舉重量(MAWL)和心搏率(BR)具有顯著的效應(P<0.01),對於身體各部位的RPE部份均呈現顯著。另外,在作業人數上,單人與雙人作業間的最大 可承受抬舉重量(MAWL)、心搏率(HR)和主觀知覺施力評量(RPD)皆沒有顯著差異。 |

The purpose of this study was to explore and assess manual material handling problems involving bi-manual lifting tasks. The psychophysical approach was used to investigate the effects of different lifting frequencies (1 lift/min or 4 lifts/min) and the number of lifting persons (single and two operators) on MAWL, HR, and RPE, respectively. The results showed the subjects’ MAWL and HR values were significantly influenced by lifting frequency(p<0.01). Some of the RPE values of the body segments were rated different significantly. For the number of the operator, the difference of the MAWL, HR and RPE values between single and two operators is not significant. |
