臺灣財務領域研究之回顧與展望

A Literature Review of Finance Academic Research in Taiwan

本文主要針對1987年至2014年之間臺灣財務領域發表在國內主要學術期刊進行回顧，藉此了解台灣財務學術界各領域研究之現況與發展，並進一步指出未來可能發展之研究議題及方向。本文將財務領域分為公司財務、國際財務、金融機構與管理、投資組合與資產定價、市場微結構、行為財務與衍生性金融商品等七個子領域，並針對不同的子領域進行分析，期能幫助國內學者了解目前台灣財務領域的研究概況、成果及未來研究趨勢。

This paper reviews the academic researches of finance area in Taiwan during the period between 1987 and 2014. The aim of this survey article is to help scholars to capture the research scopes and issues of finance in Taiwan and to point out the potential research topics of finance in the near future. To review the papers of finance researches published at academic journals in a structured way, we classify seven main research scopes including corporate finance, international finance, financial institutions and management, portfolio and asset pricing, market microstructure, behavioral finance, and derivatives, and identify each scope to help scholars to understand the future research trend.
