氣功是時下相當夯的養生休閒活動,它是維持健康的代名詞。當大眾以醫學、物理學或休閒觀點來看待氣功時,本文試著以地理學的空間觀點,探討台中市大里區無相門氣學的社會空間組織與氣──場空間。研究發現:1、無相門氣功團體的社會空間組織,以無相教室為主要的核心空間,培育學員、順氣調理員及助教講師群們,發展出強的社會網絡連結。而中華氣能療養學會以無相教室為中心,透過各項活動、經營練習點、培訓再就業,讓會員間建立新的社會網絡,強化信任關係。2、無相門教室是最具代表性的空間設計, 圓球教室外形設計理念來自人體胚胎造形,有孕育人才的蘊涵。上引天的「氣」帶動教室能量,使學員活動其間,能達到散火氣,皮下組織閃動,身體減壓等健康功能。3、無相氣學所發展出來的元神層次概念,包含小尺度的第一、二層元神,職掌未來、意識及造肉體的能量;約大於地球範圍,主管人類訊息溝通的大尺度第三層元神空間;和來自遙遠恆星能量的超大尺度第四元神空間。以及連接腦及五官的上丹田、聯繫心肺功能、胸腔臟器的中丹田及掌管腹腔器官、下肢功能的下丹田之三丹田理論皆表現出多元尺度的空間概念。4、身體空間,氣運行其間隨時間(日、節、年)的不同,對應身體各部器官,因應出不同的調理方式。
英文摘要
Qigong is a very popular leisure activity nowadays. It is a representation for maintaining a healthy body. While many people think of Qigong with medical, physical and recreational perspectives, I try to think of it by its geographical space/dimension. In this paper, I will discuss , the dynamics of the 'Qi field' organization in Wu Xiang Men Da-Li,Taichung. Research have found that : 1.The organization in Wu Xiang Men is based on the Wu Xiang classroom as a main training space for its members, Qi Coordinators and assistants, and for them to develop a strong network. Meanwhile Chinese Qi Healing Association that centered in Wu Xiang classroom builds a new network for members by holding activities, and organizing practice. These also help the members reemploy and strengthen the relationship/ bond and trust. 2.TheWu Xiang men classroom has a symbolic meaning its dome shaped design represents the human embryo, which implies cultivating talents. Instructing Qi from the sky to inside the classroom,members are able to absorb healthy functions such as spreading out their 'bad' Qi, relaxing their subcutaneous tissues,releasing their body pressure,and ect. 3.The concept of the body soul that Wu Xiang Qi School creates includes little scale of the first and second level of the body soul. It dominates future, consciousness and the power of body building. A larger scale than the earth, the third level of the body energy controls human communication. Lastly,the forth level is the scale largest scale of the body energy is from a distant star. It connects to the brain and the fifth senses of upper pubic region,the cardiopulmonary function and thoracic organs of middle pubic region, and the abdominal organs and lower limbs of lower pubic region. The three pubic regions theory displays multiple concepts of scale and space/spatiality. 4.The bodily space and Qi differ with time (day, month, year), which also correspond to different recruperation for each part of the body.
