Section 337 Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission

The ITC is a quasi-judicial independent agency, based in Washington, D.C., and has nationwide jurisdiction and subpoena power. The ITC is responsible for, among other things, administering Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. § 1337), which is commonly and herein referred to as 'section 337.'
