The author used the action research method for the first preparation in the community health nursing lecture which takes the all lecture into a self-promotive journey. When it used to be many unfavorable situations in leading of the practical training, the intention of bringing the past experiences into the theory and the clinical practice for lectures was attempted. It was not until the action research method gradually improved and came across with the students during the progress; the author has become a fully self recognized teacher. By getting closer to the students and experiencing the actual clinical fields, it has helped the author to broaden the varieties of views and awaken the passions inside of her. This experiential awakening for the teacher and students' first engagement in the lecture will bring a great journey as the teaching strategy continues to improve along with the action research method. |
