社區衛生護理學準備過程到初次教學之探索研究

To Explore the Process from Teaching Preparation of Community Health Nursing to First Teaching

本文作者為了社區衛生護理的初次教學準備，使用了行動研究的方法而進入了一個自身位置移動的歷程。作者從以前在衛生所帶實習遇到的兩難處境的反思做為起點，嘗試將經驗帶入，企圖設計一個理論與臨床實務兼具的教學內容。直到與學生在課堂上相遇，隨著行動研究在學期中持續不斷的進行，做為一個有主體位置的老師，在過程中貼近學生及場域的釐清和自身實踐經驗的甦醒，產生了視野與觀點的變化。此具覺醒經驗的教師與學生在課堂上相遇之初次教學，其教學內容及策略隨著行動研究的進行而不斷發生改變乃是研究探究歷程。

The author used the action research method for the first preparation in the community health nursing lecture which takes the all lecture into a self-promotive journey. When it used to be many unfavorable situations in leading of the practical training, the intention of bringing the past experiences into the theory and the clinical practice for lectures was attempted. It was not until the action research method gradually improved and came across with the students during the progress; the author has become a fully self recognized teacher. By getting closer to the students and experiencing the actual clinical fields, it has helped the author to broaden the varieties of views and awaken the passions inside of her. This experiential awakening for the teacher and students' first engagement in the lecture will bring a great journey as the teaching strategy continues to improve along with the action research method.
