Development and Evaluate the Effect of an Manual to Prevent Drag Abuse

本研究之主要目的在發展適合青少年使用之藥物濫用預防自助手冊，並進一步瞭解運用自助手冊的方式在青少年藥物濫用預防知識、態度、自我效能、行為意向的成效。研究過程分兩階段，第一階段進行自助手冊的發展、設計及製作。此階段運用文獻探討、焦點團體訪談法及問卷調查法，收集影響青少年藥物濫用預防之重要變項，及青少年對藥物濫用預防手冊的內容需求資料。擬定手冊初稿後，即進行專家審查，之後請青少年進行媒體測試，蒐集專家意見後定稿。第二階段針對全國國一二年級學生採分層等距抽樣，共得有效樣本國中生5630名。評估研究對象在閱讀手冊後，對藥物濫用預防的知識、態度、自我效能、行為意向的影響與成效。研究結果發現：運用藥物濫用預防自助手冊介入後能增加青少年的「藥物濫用知識」、「藥物濫用態度」、「拒絕藥物濫用自我效能」、及「預防藥物濫用行為意向」等變項，在介入後達顯著差異。代表手冊的發展對學生產生一定程度的效果。

The purpose of this study was to develop a prevent drug abuse manual for adolescences to help them to prevent drug abuse, and also to evaluate the effects of this manual. There were two stages of this study. The first stage of the study included developing, designing and conducting the prevent drug abuse manual. The second stage is to evaluate the effects of this manual after intervention. The researchers designed the format of the manual according to literatures' review, focus group interviews, open-ended questionnaire with adolescence and experts' consideration. The participants chosen by cluster sampling method were 5630 junior high school students. The pre-post test was conducted and used a structured questionnaire to collect participants' knowledge about drug abuse; their perceived attitude, intention, and self-efficacy toward prevent drag abuse behavior. The main results of the study are: l.The samples of the study are satisfactory about this prevent drug abuse manual, which can fit the audiences' interests and needs. 2. The prevent drug abuse manual can increase students' knowledge about prevent drug abuse; their perceived attitude; self-efficacy and intention toward prevent drug abuse behavior.
