Renewable energy development is an important alternative to the conventional energy sources. While this issue has been taken seriously, government plays a substantial role. By comparing government’s output of wind and solar power development in this infant industry from the Germany, China and USA as leading countries in this field, we can see the different degree of government intervention among those three countries. Regarding to this approach, it will allow us to understand whether state-aid more successful than market-oriented or not. |
