Volatile and unconsummated of contracted university staff member rights will affect the development of the university. In addition of contracted staff member which belong to the educational of private university in Taiwan, all contracted university staff member had been stipulated into Labor Standards Act. Therefore, the subject in this paper is labors who have complicated controversy such as contracted staff member with student identified、adjunct teacher and etc. Besides, we will academically and practically analyze the definition of labor according to Labor Standard Act and Labor Union Act, then compare with labor controversy of Japanese academic and practice. Consequently, we will provide suggestion for improve the labor environment of contracted university staff member. |
