China's patent protection system has been developing continuously over 35 years. In April 1, 1985, 'the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China' went into effect. Following this primary patent legislation, China has not only promulgated several patent-related laws and regulations but, in light of social and economic necessaries, made revisions to its Patent Law three times in order to develop the patent legal system continuously. |
