The Japanese Intellectual Property Policy Vision

2013 年，日本知識產權戰略本部在總結戰略實施經驗的基礎上推出《知識產權政策展望》，從宏觀和微觀詳細安排了今後十年日本知識產權戰略及相關具體政策的發展方向。主要內容涵蓋構建全球知識產權制度體系，加強產業競爭力；支援中小科技型企業強化知識產權管理；做好回應數字網絡社會的環境建設；增強以內容產業為中心的軟實力等。

In 2013, the Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters of Japan introduced Intellectual Property Policy Vision which stated Japan’s intellectual property strategy and its direction of development of related policies for the following decade. The vision includes building up a global intellectual property system for enhancing industrial competitiveness; support for enhancing intellectual property management by SMEs and venture companies; improving the environment for adjusting to the digital network; strengthening soft power focusing on the content industry society.
