The rules of conflict of laws a nd the unification of the conflict of laws are considered a shortcut towards the solution of the conflict of laws among different jurisdictions. In the real world, though, this preposition is simply too idealistic to be realized due to the restraints of the selective favoritism towards lex fori. Under this circumstance, conflict of laws has to extend its flexibility. However, the more flexible the conflict of laws is, the further it is from the aims it is supposed to serve. |
