關於韓國《外國人投資促進法》的研究

韓國自1998年開始實施的《外國人投資促進法》為韓國的招商引資做出了巨大貢獻。本文著重對該法及韓國的投資環境作了簡要介紹，其目的一是為逐步完善我國的外商投資法律制度提供某種借鑒；二是給中國的相關企業提供一個認識、了解韓國投資法律的機會，以便加快我國的海外投資進程。

The “Law for Promotion of Foreign Investment” of Korea which came into effect in 1998 has made a great contribution for inviting foreign Investment in Korea. The emphasis of the paper has been put on the introduction of the law mentioned above and that of the environment for investment in Korea. The purpose for writing the article in one aspect is, for improvement of our legislation about foreign investment, to introduce some experiences which we can make use of and, in another aspect, to supply an opportunity for comprehension of Korean law regarding foreign investment to speed up the process of foreign investment.
