日本消費者合同法綜述

Japanese Congress passed “Japanese consumer’ s contract law” on April 28, 2000, and the law came into force from April 1, 2001. To some extent, China’s legislation on consumer protection can refer to the questions discussed during the process of its legislation. This article presents detailed discussion about its legislative background, main problems during the drafting and discussing process, and its effective implementation.
