Exploring the ProposaL Draft of Chinese Real Right Law drafted by Professor Liang Huixing, this article argues that this drafting is virtually a process of comparing and referring to the real rights legislations in Germany, France, Japan and Taiwan District, and points out its significance to the theoretical development on real rights study in China.
