大陸法國家民法典研究（二）

在本節中，文章研究了我國歷史上第一部民法典－－中華民國民法的產生及其歷史背景，並著重探討了其民商合一模式的確立、身份制度上的革新和財產領域中的進步傾向。通過這些研究，文章認為，中華民國民法典在改革中國數千年傳統法制、開創私法制度和倡導私法文化等方面具有重大的意義，是一部中華民族引以為自豪的民法典。

This section probes the first civil law code in China, its birth and history background. The article centers on the code’s syncretic model of civil law and commercial law, its renovation on Status regulation, its progressive tendency in property field. After study, it points out that the civil law code of the Republic of China deserves praise in reforming Chinese traditional legal System, initiating private law System and bringing private law culture.
