Image interpolation technique enlarges an original image to generate a scale up image. Information hiding scheme tries to conceal a secret message into the enlarged part of the scale up image. In 2012, Lee et al. proposed a neighboring pixel based image interpolation scheme, they used neighboring pixel to calculate a prediction pixel for hiding the secret message. The prediction pixel very close to the original pixel, hence, the distortion between the stego image and the original image is small. However, the proposed scheme found that the range of secret message may effects the hiding performance. Therefore, the proposed scheme applied the center folding strategy to modify the range of the secret message. The narrowed down secret message can maintain high image quality. |
