This study based on the spiritual leadership and emotion regulation influence organization based self-esteem and studied the influence processes of organization based self-esteem and compared to analysis the life insurance agents in Taiwan and Mainland China. A total of 220 questionnaires were sent in Taiwan, a valid total of 166 questionnaires were returned, and the valid return rate was 75.45%. A total of 280 questionnaires were sent in Mainland China, a valid total of 204 questionnaires were returned, and the valid return rate was 72.86%.With the valid returned questionnaires, structural equation modeling analysis was conducted for testing the influential progress. The finding that there were different influences processes on organization based self-esteem. Finally there were managerial implications had been proposed. |
