Because the techniques for developing first-person-shooter games continue to improve, increasing demand is generated for desktop computers. The Kano two-dimensional quality model can explore the true opinions of customers on the characteristics of product elements. This study investigated the influence of first-person-shooter games on the design of desktop computers from the customer perspective. The specifications of desktop computers differ greatly, illustrating that different companies use diverse design principles. Desktop computer users comprise the general public. To enhance customer satisfaction, these companies aim to design desktop computers that satisfy consumer expectations from the perspective of the general public. According to a literature review, data from the industry, and user and consumer interviews, the design and functions of desktop computers were summarized in this study. Subsequently, a questionnaire based on the classification method of Kano was created in this study, determining two appealing characteristics of the product elements of desktop computers. |
