The purpose of this study is to investigate the creative teaching behavior of the physical education instructors in high school. This creative teaching behavior was evaluated by looking at the relationship between creative personality, self-efficiency and intrinsic motivation. A total of 534 physical educators in high school answered a questionnaire designed for this study. The research method was to use a survey and use structural detailed analysis to come up with a hypothesis by. The findings showed that there was a positive correlation between intrinsic motivations of creative teaching and creative personality. After analyzing multiple regressions within the variables of sex, age, and years of service, the teachers with a higher degree of creative personality showed stronger intrinsic motivation and higher self-efficiency. Therefore, creative personality can be used as a tool to explain creative teaching behaviors. This study validated that the self-efficiency of creative teaching is an important intermediate variant. The enhancement of creative teaching behaviors could be influenced by the self-efficiency of creative teaching and by the intrinsic motivation of creative teaching. |
