我國高中（職）圖書館利用指導實施狀況調查研究

A Survey of the State of Library Instruction in High Schools

本研究之主要目的在於瞭解各高中、高職圖書館利用指導的現況和實施成效，以及其主要的缺失，常遭遇的困難等，進而歸納研究發現與結論，提出建議，藉供有關單位決策與執行之參考。為達研究目的，本研究採用文獻分析、訪問及問卷調查等方法進行。除分別訪問高中（職）圖書館主任及職員外，並編製「高中（職）圖書館利用指導實施狀況調查問卷」一份，對參加臺灣省高級中等學校圖書館職員研習班的學員實施問卷調查。調查資料經統計分析而獲得下列七項結論：一、高中（職）圖書館有工作人員人手不足的現象。二、高中（職）圖書館仍有經營方式保守及資料整理未能完備的問題。三、高中（職）圖書館利用指導施教對象未及普遍且舉辦次數太少。四、高中（職）圖書館工作人員利用指導的能力與態度有待加強。五、高中（職）圖書館利用指導的實施方式及施教內容有欠充實。六、高中（職）圖書館利用指導缺少必要的配合與支持。七、高中（職）圖書館利用指導缺乏整體規畫。根據上述結論，爰提出下列建議：一、充實高中（職）圖書館設備與資料，增加員額及經費，給予必要的行政配合。二、舉辦圖書館利用指導研習活動，加強圖書館工作人員利用指導的能力與態度。三、圖書館利用指導活動應重視規畫。四、加強與老師聯繫，協同規畫以配合教學。五、集中圖書館利用指導資料的收集與製作。

This study investigated the state of library instruction in high schools. It begins by researching the elements important to a library instruction program, providing information on library instruction methods and aids. It then covers the methodology of a survey designed to study instruction problems encountered by the high school libraries. It concludes with recommendations based on these findings which relate to library instruction in high school libraries.
