由亞洲各個區域所組成之亞洲品質網絡組織（Asian Network for Quality, ANQ），藉著植基於堅定決心、知識創建、自動精神及系統導向改進之策略，遂行其貢獻於創造、融合、繁榮及亞洲人生活品質之目標；貢獻於享受亞洲風範所構築之多樣和諧、相互尊重及樸素之生活；貢獻於依循以誠實、柔韌及自制為基礎之核心價值。ANQ營運的目標、策略、亞洲風範及核心價值，如附圖示意並如下詳述。目標ANQ存在的理由人類生活的品質：貢獻於人類生活的品質，使人們尊榮地生活，並在滿足身體、情感、智慧及自我實現的需要上達成平衡且與自然和諧。 Various regions of Asia form Asian Network for Quality with the Goal of contributing to creativity, integration, prosperity and quality of human life in Asia through the Strategy based on constancy of purpose, knowledge creation, voluntary spirit and system approach to improvement; living the Asian Way of harmony in diversity, mutual respect and austerity; following Core Values based on honesty, flexibility and self-control.
