This was a cross-sectional study. A convenient sampling of 100 Pos-partam Women in an eastern regional hospital was selected as subjects who were classified into 2 groups. The Han group and aboriginal group each included 50 subjects. Data was obtained by in-depth interview and structured questionnaire. SPSS for Windows 10.0 was used for data analysis. The results showed there were significant differences in the attitude and the compliant behavior of “Doing the Month” between Han's women and Aboriginal's women(t=1.31, p=0.00; t=2.66, p=0.00). The Education and Information Supply were positively correlated with “Doint the Month” Behavior, The Age showed negative correlation with “Doing the Month” Behavior. The Education and Information Supply, Caregiver's attitude, and Age showed predictive important variables for compliant Behavior, which could explain 55% of the total variance. From this study, the researchers suggest that the clinical staff consider the cultural difference of “Doing the Month” Behavior when providing postpartum care. Moreover, nurses can provide nursing interventions to help post-partam women, and also promote their quality of life. |
