間質性膀胱炎之臨床護理

Clinical Nursing Care for Interstitial Cystitis

間質性膀胱炎是一種慢性、發炎性且容易導致病患漸進性失能性膀胱壁疼痛症候群，在醫護處置上，常是醫護專業人員的一大挑戰，主要是因其急尿、頻尿、恥骨上疼痛、膀胱容積減少等症狀影響患者處理日常生活能力，進而引起其心理及社會障礙。本文系統性介紹間質性膀胱炎，包括定義、發生原因與其對病患的影響，並提出相關護理處置，藉此提昇護理服務品質，使個案獲得持續性與整體性的照護。Interstitial cystitis is a chronic, inflammatory, disabling, painful bladder wall syndrome, for which management is often a big challenge, very controversial. Interstitial cystitis (IC) is characterized by a number of symptoms (urinary urgency, frequency, suprapubic pain, diminished bladder capacity) which can affect IC patients in varying combinations, and/or varying degrees of intensity. This text aims to present the interstitial cystitis, including the etiology of interstitial cystitis, reasons for occurrence, influence on interstitial cystitis patients and how to deal with the problem at hand. Accordingly, health care providers would learn how to recognize and avoid potentially interstitial cystitis and to attach importance to this issue. The study is expected to advance the quality of nursing and provide nursing activities to the patient continuously and completely.
