一位接受足部皮瓣重建病患身體心像紊亂之照護經驗

The Body Image Disturbance Nursing Care Experience for a Patient with Foot Flap Reconstruction

本文運用羅氏適應模式探討一位足部壓碎傷接受皮瓣重建病患，因皮瓣的外觀及行走功能障礙，個案表現出對身體外觀之不適應。於護理期間，藉觀察、傾聽、會談方式收集資料，確立身體心像紊亂之護理問題，針對個案護理問題，於照護期間增進並重建個案正向之自我概念的感受及描述，促進其正向調適。This paper reported the postoperative nursing experience of a foot crushing injury patient receiving flap reconstruction. The Roy's adaptation model was used to identify nursing problems and set goals for the caring plan. During care period, we used observation, listening and interview for data collection. The major problem was body image disturbance. Increasing and reconstructing the positive self-concept perception and description were the interventions used to enhance his positive adaptation.
