本文首先闡述大學評鑑的功能及目的,並將大學評鑑的內容及步驟作簡略的概述,包含:訂定標準、自我評鑑、實地評鑑及追蹤評鑑四大步驟,讓讀者大致了解大學評鑑的形貌;接著,談到目前教育部高教司委託台灣護理教育評鑑委員會,規劃「護理學系評鑑規劃」草案之內容。本文最後建議系所運用SWOT架構,分析組織內部優弱勢及外在環境之機會及威脅,方能從容不迫的因應評鑑,達成護理教育的再革新。The aim of this paper was to describe the purpose, the function, the content, and the process of “University Accreditation” including standard setting, self-study, on-site evaluation, and follow-up evaluation. The readers can understand what the university accreditation is all about, also understand the contents of“Nursing Accreditation for undergraduate Program” of Academic Reviewal & Evaluation drawn up by the Taiwan Nursing Accreditation Council committed to the Department of Higher Education Council. At the end, we would advise the university nursing department to apply SWOT framework to analyze organization's internal merits and demerits. |
