現今醫療界處於日趨競爭的經營環境下,不免承受著眾多壓力,為順應這股競爭潮流,公立醫院紛紛以策略聯盟、公辦民營等方式進行組織變革推動,以求永續經營。對公營機構而言。公辦民營是一項重大的組織變革,而公立醫院組織變革之目的,在於提高經營效率、生產力、品質並降低成本,以期提升醫院營運功能。本文目的在於對組織變革與公立醫院公辦民營兩議題加以介紹,期有助於護理管理者能了解與配合組織改變,進而教育與輔導同仁,讓此概念深植護理人員心中,並願以積極創新的心態接受組織改變。This paper aims at discussing issues of organizational change and privatization of public hospitals. Health care organizations are taking more and more pressure in the changing environment. In order to survive and to make a profit, the hospitals are taking some strategies, such as strategic alliances, privatization, and outsourcing to increase efficiency and effectiveness of their performance. Privatization of public health facilities is one of the important trategies of organizational change that can improve efficiency, effectiveness, productiveness, quality of health care services, and decrease its cost. Understanding and accepting the concept of organizational change and privatization of public hospitals, nursing managers can lead their staff toward the goal of their organizations. |
