由於醫療科技的進步與社會的變遷,人權與消費者意識的提升,使得病患對於服務品質的要求日益提高,所需的護理亦日趨專業化,因此護理人員必須不斷充實護理專業的知識與技能,才能提高護理服務品質。本專案的目的是應用網路教學在臨床護理在職教育中,期望透過網路教學模式使臨床護理人員能有效且快速的獲得正確的護理新知,依照自己的時間方便,主動學習在職教育課程,進而提昇護理人員對於病房在職教育的滿意度以及病房護理人員臨床神經護理學專業知識的運用程度。專案執行後的成效有:(1)建立病房網路在職教育模式;(2)建立病房92年度在職教育課程資料於病房網路;(3)提昇病房在職教育之滿意度由2.67分到3.42分;(4)提昇病房護理人員臨床神經護理學知識的運用至76.1%。經由此次專案的進行,同時建立病房本年度神經護理學在職教育課程資料於病房網路,除提供臨床護理人員臨床所需的護理知識與技能,更因此促進護理人員專業的進步。With the advance of medical technology, the change of society and the rising consciousness of human rights and consumers' rights, patients are becoming more demanding about the service quality, so that nursing personnel need to improve their professional knowledge and skills in order to offer service of high quality. The purpose of this study was to apply the intranet-teaching to clinical nursing in-service education, so that those nursing personnel can obtain new nursing information efficiently and quickly. Through the intranet-teaching, they will be more satisfied with the in-service education, and apply more professional knowledge to the clinical nursing. With the employment of the points mentioned in this study, we can have the following effects: (1) the establishment of the clinical intranet-teaching mode; (2) establishing the in-service education courses of this year on the intranet; (3) raising the satisfactory degree of in-service education from 2.67 to 3.42; (4) raising the percentage of the application of neurological nursing knowledge to 76.1%. Through the execution of this study, we can build up the data base of the courses on the intranet at the same time, and provide those personnel with the knowledge and skills they need; also we can enable them to get professional growth. |
