近期接連發生因護理人員處理不當導致的醫療意外,除顯示護理人員訓練不足,亦反映出護理培育的過程中可能出現問題。研究者實務上即發現部分護理學生對學習缺乏興趣,並以預先設限的自我跛足策略面對難難的護理專業課程,頗令人擔憂。因此本文透過文獻探討的方式,剖析自我跛足策略的意義、類型、相關成因及在護理教育上的啟示,以做為教師輔導學生之參考依據。This article is centrally concerned with nursing students' self-handicapping, analyzing the meanings and styles of self-handicapping strategies, and the factors that relate these strategies. Furthermore, the study provides teachers with some suggestions for nursing teaching according to self-handicapping theory. |
