本研究旨在瞭解青少年讀者對於埔里鎮立圖書館使用情形,並分析不同背景變項之青少年讀者對圖書館使用滿意度之差異。研究採用問卷調查法,以埔里鎮立圖書館150名青少年讀者為研究對象,總計回收有效問卷141份。所得問卷資料以百分比、次數分配、平均數分析、t考驗和單因子變異數分析相關等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要發現如下:一、青少年讀者在圖書館最常使用的借閱服務為「圖書借閱」最常使用的休閒性質服務為「閱讀雜誌等休閒性刊物」最常進行與學校課業相關的活動,以「K書」為主最常參加的推廣服務為「書畫或藝術品等展覽會」。二、青少年讀者使用圖書館次數,以「每週1~2次」最高,平均一週使用圖書館的時間,以「2~4小時」最高最常利用「週六」使用圖書館服務,最常使用的時段為「下午時段」。三、青少年讀者多數反應「喜歡」閱讀課外書籍,平均一星期花在課外的閱讀時間,以「1小時以內」最多常使用的資料類型為「一般圖書」最喜歡讀物類型為「文學」最需要圖書館補充的館藏類型為「流行新知」。四、在圖書館利用教育上,青少年讀者最需要的是「圖書分類」方面的知識,希望提供「新書資訊」的服務對圖書館資訊取得感到「方便」,喜愛的讀物「大部份可以」在圖書館找到。五、青少年讀者最喜歡的空間設施,前三名分別為「閱讀花園」、「青春閱酷區」以及「雜誌閱讀區」。六、青少年讀者對圖書館之館藏資源最滿意為「報紙的種類」,較不滿意為「新書與暢銷書籍採購的質與量」對空間環境最滿意為「路線標示與流暢度」,較不滿意為「空調控制」對資訊取得方便性最滿意為「圖書借閱方便性」較不滿意為「新進館藏資料訊息取得」對圖書館館員服務態度最滿意為「館員的資訊素養」,較不滿意為「館員禮貌性」對推廣活動是感到滿意的,其中以「藝文活動」有參加經驗者最多。七、不同性別、所屬學校等級及家庭社經地位之青少年讀者對圖書館使用滿意度均無差異。根據本研究結論,提出相關建議供圖書館管理經營及未來後續研究者作為參考。The study intends to understand the state of teenager readers using Puli Library, analyze the difference of satisfaction of using the library among the teenager readers coming from different background, and analyze the situation of teenager readers using Youth Reading Area in the library. The questionnaire is adopted as a main method in this study, and interview is a complementary method, 150 teenager readers in Puli Library were surveyed, a total of 141 valid questionnaire were returned. The acquired data from questionnaire shall be analyzed by descriptive statistics,independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product -moment correlation.Findings of the study are as follows: 1. The loan service that the teenager readers use mostly in library is ' Library loan', and the leisure nature service they like mostly is 'recreation magazines and periodicals ; the activities they did mostly relating to the school courses are 'Reading' and 'collection of references' ; the promotion service they participate in mostly is 'Exhibition of painting and calligraphy or arts ' and 'Drama or concert'. 2. The frequency of teenagers' using the library is 1~2 times per week maximally, and 2~4 hours per week at least; they usually use the library on Saturday afternoon. 3. Most of the teenagers response: being fond of reading extra curricular books, on an average, they are frequently to spend 'within one hour' per week on reading; The type of information they usually get is from 'general libraries' ; 'literature' is the most favorite type of readings; and 'fashionable knowledge' is the type of collection that the library should necessarily supply. 4. Regarding the use of library for education, the teenager readers are mostly in need of the knowledge of 'books classification' , and expect to have the service to the 'information on new books'; they would like to get the information from the library conveniently, therefore, the most of the favorite readings can be founded in the library. 5. The facilities of the top three, 'Reading Garden', 'Youth reading area' and 'magazine reading area' are the teenagers' favorite. 6. The resource collected in the library that give the greatest satisfaction to the teenager readers is 'newspaper sort', the lesser satisfaction is 'quality and quantity of new books and best seller purchased'; the best satisfaction of space surroundings i |
