腦挫傷及多重外傷術後併發感染中西結合治療病例

TREATMENT OF BRAIN CONTUSSION AND MULTIPLE TRAUMA COMPLICATED INFECTION IN POST-OPERATION BY INTEGRATED CHINESE AND 　　 WESTERN MEDICINE

這是一位車禍腦挫傷併顱內出血，意識不清及胸部肋骨、右手尺骨、橈骨和兩大腿骨開放性骨折，及右脛骨骨折等多重外傷病例，於民國八十九年八月三日急診住院接受開顱手術、右大腿清瘡術、各骨折部位固定手術。因手術後併發感染高燒不退及骨髓炎，於是採中西醫結合治療後，發燒消退，病情穩定，患者先後入出院三次，術後骨折的復健治療相當良好，其併發骨髓炎亦獲得治癒。This is a multiple trauma case of brain contusion with intracranial hemorrhage and loss of consciousness, thoraxic rib and right tibial fracture, as well as right ulna-radial and both femoral open fracture. The patient was admitted via emergency and received craniotomy, right thigh debridement and fixed operation of bone fracture. Unfortunately he suffered from infectious complication with high fever and osteomyelitis in post-operation. The patient’s condition was stabilized under combined treatment of Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. He was admitted and discharged hospitalization for three times. The recovery condition of bone fracture in postoperative rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment was very well. The complicated osteomyelitis also had complete remission.
