The Transformation of and the Opportunity for the Taiwan Indigenous TV

本文主要在討論原住民族電視台的發展與轉型，並說明自103年由財團法人原住民族文化事業基金會自主經營後，尚待努力的幾個方向，包括提升原住民族媒體近用權、健全法制工作、無線數位電視、加強國際交流等。若能在這些層面上解決目前所面臨的困境，相信有助於原視未來的健全發展。

This article discusses the transformation of Taiwan Indigenous TV, and indicates the reformed direction since 2014 by Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation. These reforms include the right of access to the media, improve the legal system, digital TV, and strengthen international exchanges. If we can solve the current difficulties, it should contribute to sustainable development of Taiwan Indigenous TV.
