加味麻杏石甘湯治療嬰幼兒病毒性肺炎之臨床療效評估

Clinic Evaluation of Infant Viral Pneumonia Treatment by Jia Wei Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang

本研究選取中國醫藥學院附設醫院小兒科嬰幼兒患者，經診斷為病毒性肺炎共26位為研究對象，平均年齡九個月，男20例、女6例，以隨機雙盲給藥方式分為兩組，一組為實驗組，另一組為對照組，每組各十三位，實驗組給予加味麻杏石甘湯糖漿，對照組給予安慰劑糖漿，兩組並皆接受西醫住院的常規治療，結果顯示兩組治療三天後，除發燒天數外，臨床評分系統達統計上顯著差異，顯示加味麻杏石甘湯結合西醫支持性療法治療嬰幼兒肺炎優於單純西醫支持性療法。

In this study we chose 26 cases of infant viral pneumonia admitted at the pediatric department in China Medical College Hospital. The average age was nine moths, including twenty boys and six girls. They were divided into a control and an experimental group with random double blind. The experimental group was administered Jia Wei Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang syrup, and control group was given placebo syrup. The both groups received western medical routine treatment. The results show significant improvement in the experimental group in terms of clinical scoring system except on days with fever. The treatment of infant viral pneumonia by Jia Wek Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang combined with western medical therapy is superior to simple western medical therapy.
