同照度與光色組合對閱讀時主觀評價之影響

Research on the Effects of Illuminance Level and Color of Light on Subjective Evaluation in Reading

本研究乃針對在九種不同照度與光色所組合的照明環境下進行閱讀行為時各時間點的主觀評價做了綜合性探討，結果發現，照度因子對閱讀時的適合閱讀性、喜好感與舒適度等主觀評價皆具有顯著性的影響。500lx 與750lx 的照度下，無論色溫度為2800K 、4700K 或6700K ，皆可得到良好的主觀評價。光色因子對主觀評價的影響雖未達到5% 的顯著水準，但以整體趨勢而言，2800K 的偏黃光得到了較良好的評價。根據本研究的結果，500lx 與750lx 的照明環境適合做為閱讀空間，但250lx 的照明環境並不適合做為閱讀空間。另一方面，由照明節能的觀點來看，若以照度500lx 的閱讀空間取代750lx 的閱讀空間，整體主觀評價不受影響，但對照明節能而言卻有相當的貢獻。

This research is to study the subjective evaluation under different illuminance levels and colors of light while reading papers. The subjective evaluation items we used, such as reading suitability, preference and comfortable sensation are significantly affected by the factor of illuminance level. No matter the color of light is 2800K, 4700K or 6700K, the cases with illuminance level of 500lx and 750lx receive good evaluation. The effect of color of light on subjective evaluation has not reached 5% significant level, however, the cases of 2800K show the better evaluation than the other colors as for whole trend. Illuminance level of 250lx is not bright enough for reading, and for a better evaluation, 500lx or 750lx is needed. On the other hand, according to the view of energy-saving, if replacing 750lx with 500lx, the energy can be saved without any significant influence on the evaluation in reading.
