社造型文化產業蛻變現象之研究－－以白荷陶坊為例

The Study on the Transformation of Local Cultural Industries Based on the Community Building – A Case Study on Bai-He Ceramic Workshop

1994 年社區總體營造政策的推動為台灣文化產業的發展揭開序幕，雖經過十多年的發展，根植於社區營造的文化產業仍舊受限於各種主客觀條件，而未能突破。然而，產業面向被視為社造第二個十年發展的重要關鍵，所以許多學者專家無不期盼能尋找以社造為基礎的文化產業發展脈絡與學習經驗。本研究藉由白荷陶坊案例生命週期的蛻變現象觀察與分析，與深度訪談關鍵人士，歸納社造型文化產業十餘年來蛻變歷程發展的關鍵因素，從而推演出在社造政策的推動與影響、文化產業在地特色形塑的詮釋與實踐、企業體本身的生命週期變化、以及關鍵面向對於再發展與人的蛻變之影響等現象，期能作為社區推動文化產業的參考。

The policy of community building in Taiwan has driven cultural industries development to move into the new era since 1994. Yet through the effort in the past 16 years, the cultural industries based on community building still faced some strict handicaps. However, industrial development has been considered as a crucial factor in the next decade for the community building development; more scholars expect to find out the experienced rules to help cultural industries revitalized. This research concluded the critical factors of the cultural industry based on community building in the transfigured processes through the observations and analyses of the life cycle of Bai-He Ceramic Workshop, and deep interview with the crucial persons. Moreover, it deduced the phenomena concerning the effects of community building policy, the explanations and practices of local characteristics of cultural industry, the transformations of life cycle of enterprises, and the impacts from crucial aspects on redevelopment and human value. So that it can offer communities more chances to drive cultural industry moving on.
