For indoor environment problems, approximately 30% of buildings stock have become sick buildings that lead to poor indoor air quality and health problem of sick building syndrome in Taiwan. According to the use of the artificial chemical building material, poor efficiency of ventilation design, etc., the potential health risk in indoor environment takes place. The purpose of this study is to understand and prioritize the effect of policy and measures on indoor problems using life cycle thinking and environmental benefit cost analysis approach. The indoor environment plan is an integrated environmental policy that incorporated legislation, eco-labeling, green public procurement, renovation project. In conclusion, the current policy was implemented both strategies of source control and IEQ improvement. In the future, the indoor comfort will lead to better, if the priority policy included the high green material rate, diagnosis system of healthy indoor environment and healthy furnishing labeling can be addressed. |
