2013 Chen et al. proposed a asymmetric histogram shifting hiding scheme that used two phases histogram shifting to increase the image quality. However, the prediction method used in Chen et al.'s scheme is rough. Hence, this paper applies an edge sensitivity analysis method to reduce the prediction error and integrates the asymmetric-histogram shifting to restore the error value to a place near the original image pixel value in the second round shifting. According the experimental results, the stego image can get better image quality after multi-level embedding, especially for smooth images. |
