The Consumer Interests in the Practice of Anti-monopoly

消費者利益是反壟斷所要保護的重要利益之一，反壟斷中的消費者利益既包括整體利益，也包括個體利益和集體利益。國家機關保護和消費者自我實現是維護消費者利益的兩種基本方式。在反壟斷實踐中，消費者利益的實現存在許多困難如立法博弈的弱勢、執法過程的缺位、司法救濟的阻礙等。

Consumer interests are important interests which are protected by anti-monopoly laws. Consumer interests may be the overall interests, individual interests or collective interests. Consumer interests can be protected by government agencies or by consumers themselves. In the practice of anti-monopoly, it is diffcult for consumers to realize their interests because of the weakness in the legislative game, the interest representative vacancy in the enforcement of anti-monopoly laws and the difficulties of judicial remedy.
