This study mainly explores the variance on supplying characteristics of spaces upon dwelling unit plan of private condominium in between Xinyi District and other area of Taipei City, from the aspect of “regionalism”. Research results that since 1990, the plan has been providing a wider variety of choices for consumers from the district. However, from 2000, the plan has applied a more flexible “open-spaced design” to avoid an unnecessary waste caused by “secondary design”. In addition, most large condominium are designed to have double entrances and exits as a mainstream; it also finds the available space in bathroom has already become one of the main supplying indicators in large condominium in the district over the recent years. Therefore, the year 2000 is a distinctive year on the supplying variance of dwelling unit plan of private condominium in Xinyi District of Taipei City. |
